Apocalypse IPA

You know that good piney-citrus punch you get from a really fresh hop bomb? This delivers exactly that, and the aroma alone is worth the pour.

The late hop addition really makes this IPA pop—the aroma alone is worth it. Poured one after mowing the lawn and it hit the spot perfectly.

The pine and citrus notes are definitely there from the hop loading, but the bitterness feels a bit heavy on the finish. It’s a decent IPA, just not as smooth as I hoped for.
