Lonewolf Bramble & Raspberry Gin

I was skeptical about berry gins being too sweet, but this one nails the balance — the jammy raspberry flavor is rich without turning syrupy, and it’s lovely over a single large cube. A bottle won’t last long in my house.

The Tuscan juniper really shines through the berry sweetness—it’s a proper gin, not just a fruit liqueur. Poured over ice with a splash of tonic, the jammy raspberry notes come alive without being cloying. This bottle’s already half gone and it arrived two days ago.

I poured this over a big cube and the jammy raspberry hit comes through instantly, then that Tuscan juniper lingers on the finish. It’s dangerously smooth straight, but I bet it’d be incredible in a gin and tonic with a few fresh berries thrown in.
