Brewed with Pilsner, Munich, and Melanoidin malts, the combination with Triumph and Mandarina Bavaria hops lends a fresh citrus note.
The smoke hits first but fades fast, leaving that mandarin citrus to brighten the finish—it’s a genuinely clever pairing. Poured it for my dad who hates fruity beers and even he went back for a second glass. Light enough for a warm evening but festive enough that I’m stocking up for December.
