Condimento Dragon Spice

My fries came out with this amazing smoky heat that actually lingered, and the star anise gives it a really unique kick you don't get from regular chip seasonings. I've already gone through half the jar in a week.

I sprinkled this on my oven chips last night and the star anise adds a smoky kick that regular salt just can't match. It's genuinely moreish—I ate way too many.
