This exclusive 2025 release has been aged for six years, a testament to the artistry of rum making.Distilled twice in traditional pot stills from rich sugarcane molasses and matured in hand-selected ex-Sherry casks, we’ve curated flavours of indulgent caramel and ripe tropical fruits that are layered with notes of dark berries all woven together with the natural warmth of vanilla. Crafted with care, poured with purpose. 

Sugar Source: Sugar Cane Molasses
Yeast: Distillers Yeast and red wine yeast strain
Fermentation time: 5 days
Distillation: Double pot distilled, medium reflux.
Cask: Ex-oloroso sherry, Ex-bourbon and Ex-Bordeaux red wine
Warehouse: Climate controlled temperature and humidity
Aged: 6 years

ABV%: reduced from cask strength over 2 weeks to 46% ABV.
