Nous avons collaboré avec la brasserie artisanale italienne Granda pour créer cette bière vraiment raisinée sur notre kit pilote. Cette Impériale Pilsner à 6,9 % à plein régime équilibre des notes de raisin percutantes avec une douceur maltée subtile, pour des touches de groseille à maquereau, de cassis et d'agrumes doux. Molto bene !

That 6.9% Imperial Pilsner is a sneaky one—the grape comes in bright and wine-like up front, then settles into that soft malt sweetness on the finish. I wasn’t sure about the pairing at first, but it’s balanced enough that I finished the bottle way too fast.
The grape flavor really pops against that clean pilsner backbone, and the malt sweetness keeps it from feeling too sharp. Wasn’t expecting such a smooth finish from something this strong, but it’s dangerously easy to sip.
