The Dark Knight

The velvety mouthfeel from those specialty malts is exactly what I wanted on a chilly evening, and the Chinook hops give it a nice subtle bite without overpowering the wheat. Poured a gorgeous cloudy glass and finished the whole bomber way too fast.

The Chinook and Loral hops give it just enough bitterness to keep that smooth wheat body from feeling flat. I cracked one after a long week and the balance between the malt and hops was spot on.
