I luppoli Citra si stratificano con una complessa nota terpenica vibrante, con esplosioni di succoso ananas, un intrigo resinoso e onde di arancia di Siviglia e albicocca matura. The mouthfeel is exactly what the name promises—pillowy and smooth, nothing sharp or heavy about it. I love how the oat and wheat base carries those Citra hops without turning bitter, and it goes down dangerously easy on a hot afternoon.
That Citra hop terpene kick up front is so bright and juicy, but the London Fog yeast keeps it smooth instead of sharp. Poured a nice light haze and went down way too fast on a hot afternoon, which is exactly what I wanted.
The mouthfeel is exactly what the description promises—smooth and pillowy from the oats and wheat, making it dangerously easy to sip. That London Fog yeast haze is light but present, and the Citra hop terpenes come through with a nice, clean finish that isn't overly bitter.
