The first sip is like biting into a fresh apricot, with that yuzu tang keeping things sharp instead of sweet. It finishes clean and dry, the kind of West Coast IPA that makes you slow down and actually taste it.
The aroma hit me immediately—peach and yuzu all over the place, just like the description says. It's dangerously smooth for a West Coast IPA, with that sweet melon finish keeping it from being too bitter. I've already grabbed two more cans.
