Cracked this open after a long week and the 7.4% hits just right—bold and full-bodied without being a chore to finish. The Erebus hops give it that deep, hazy bitterness I keep coming back to. Already grabbed another four-pack.
The name alone sold me, and the beer actually lives up to it—dark, brooding, and bold. At 7.4% it packs a serious punch, and the full body from those Erebus hops makes every sip feel substantial. Definitely my kind of darkness.
Poured this one expecting another hazy, but the 7.4% hits way harder than I thought a DIPA should. That full-bodied mouthfeel really carries the Erebus hops through every sip, and it's dangerously smooth for the ABV. Definitely grabbing another four-pack next time I see it.
