Questa esclusiva uscita 2025 è stata invecchiata per sei anni, una testimonianza dell'arte della produzione del rum. Distillato due volte in alambicchi tradizionali a partire da una ricca melassa di canna da zucchero e maturato in botti ex-Sherry selezionate a mano, abbiamo creato sapori di caramello indulgente e frutti tropicali maturi, stratificati con note di bacche scure, il tutto intrecciato con il calore naturale della vaniglia. Realizzato con cura, versato con intento.

Lievito: Lievito per distillazione e ceppo di lievito per vino rosso
Tempo di fermentazione: 5 giorni
Distillazione: Doppia distillazione in alambicco, riflusso medio.
Botte: Ex-oloroso sherry, ex-bourbon ed ex-vino rosso Bordeaux
Magazzino: Temperatura e umidità controllate
Invecchiato: 6 anni

Gradazione alcolica (ABV): ridotta dalla gradazione di botte in 2 settimane al 46% ABV.
