Pacco Misto West Coast

Twelve ounces in and I’m already planning my next order—the hop profile is sharp and citrusy without being bitter, and the mix of eight means I’m never stuck with a dud. Plenty of variety across the two breweries, and every can so far has that fresh, piney West Coast bite I crave.

The variety here is the real win—eight different IPAs means I never hit the same hop profile twice, and the mix of two breweries keeps things interesting over a few weekends. Even the milder ones felt fresh, though I wish there were a couple more doubles in the box.

The hop variety across all eight cans is genuinely impressive, with each one bringing something different to the table. I’ve been working through them slowly to savor the differences, and the West Coast style really shines through every pour.
