昨年、BrewDogバーで開催されたOG Festの一環として、私たちはお気に入りの醸造所のいくつかに、これまでの名作コラボレーションを再醸造してもらいました。私たちが特に気に入っているのが、Mad Scientistのブラックカラント・トライフルです。2025年版は、ベリーの風味がたっぷりと広がる8.4%のインペリアル・ペストリー・サワーエールで、濃厚でデザートのような口当たりが特徴。ディナーの後にぴったりの一杯です。

Poured it into a proper glass and the dark berry aroma hit before the first sip—the blackcurrant comes through sweet but balanced, not syrupy. Glad I grabbed this as part of the OG Fest lineup; it’s a fun piece of collab history that drinks smooth.
The berry sweetness is bold without being cloying, and it finishes clean enough that I could easily have another. That rebrew collab idea really paid off—this one tastes like a proper small-batch effort, not a mass-produced afterthought.
