The 10% abv hits right away with that caramel-forward body, but the spice from the coriander and cinnamon stays subtle enough that it’s easy to sip on a cold night. I was expecting something syrupy, yet the Columbus hops keep it balanced and dangerously drinkable.

The cinnamon and coriander come through beautifully without overpowering that deep caramel sweetness, and at 10% it drinks dangerously smooth for a quad. Poured one after a long week of night shifts and it was exactly the dark, warming comfort I needed.

That 10% ABV hits harder than I expected — one bottle and I was properly warm. The coriander and cinnamon come through just enough to keep the caramel from being cloying, perfect for a dark winter evening.
