ニュージーランド産の優れたホップ品種、ネルソン・ソーヴィンにちなんで名付けられました。この複雑でバランスの取れたIPAの醸造とドライホッピングを通じて、そのホップが特徴的に使用されています。かすんだ麦わら色のエールで、明るい白い泡立ちが特徴。トロピカルなホップの香りを放ちます。松やフルーティーなホップのノートが長く続きますが、滑らかでモルティなヨーロッパ産ライ麦モルトの添加によってバランスよく仕上がっています。この見事で多面的でありながら、まろやかなIPAをお楽しみください。
The dry-hopping really comes through—that Nelson Sauvin character gives it a bright, slightly grape-like lift that keeps me coming back for another sip. It’s complex but not heavy, and the hazy straw color in the glass looks as good as it tastes.
That hazy straw pour looks almost too pretty to drink, but the balance is what got me—the Nelson Sauvin hops give it this subtle grape-like edge without any bitterness overload. I'd grab another six-pack for sure.
