Delicately smooth and coating the palate, this is a tequila that can be sipped or can transform a standard Margarita and Paloma into something special.
The citrus zest hits right up front, but that earthy agave finish lingers in the best way—makes it dangerously easy to sip neat. I poured a second glass before dinner even started, it's that delicately smooth.
That cracked black pepper note is the real star here—it hits right after the lime and orange, and the earthy agave finish keeps it interesting instead of just sweet. Poured it neat and it went down dangerously smooth, almost too easy for 40% ABV.
The peppery kick from that cracked black pepper sneaks up right after the citrus, and it's surprisingly smooth on the way down. I usually sip tequila straight and this one's got enough earthy depth to keep things interesting without any burn.
