Poured it over a scoop of vanilla ice cream and honestly it was like dessert in a glass, the toffee and banana notes melted right into each other. At 10.5% it's a sipper, but that's exactly what I wanted for a slow evening.
The caramelized banana hits first, then that sticky toffee sweetness lingers—it's dangerously smooth for 10.5%, so I sipped it slowly over an hour and it only got richer.
Opened it after a long week and the caramelised banana hits you right away—smooth vanilla rounds it out without getting cloying. The 10.5% creeps up on you, so take it slow, but it’s dangerously easy to finish a bottle in one sitting.
