Post Modern Classic. Our flagship beer that kick started the craft beer revolution. This is Punk IPA as you knew it in 2007. An original take on an American IPA, layered with punchy New Zealand hops to create an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee before a spiky, mouth-puckering bitter finish. Unlike more recent versions, this is not dry-hopped focusing more on the bittering and hops additions during the boil to create an intense flavour.
