We built this one, to make the purest vodka possible. After four days of triple bubble distillation, our crystal clear spirit vapour then climbs a purification column so high, we had to rebuild our roof around it. Crisp and clean, with subtle notes of icing sugar. To this vodka we infuse sweet passionfruit and the finest Madagascan vanilla.

The passionfruit hits first, then the vanilla rounds it out so smoothly I forgot it was vodka. That triple bubble distillation must be doing something right, because there's zero burn going down. Mixed it with just soda and it tasted like a fancy cocktail.
Took a chance on this after reading about the triple distillation and honestly the clarity shows—it's dangerously smooth on its own. The passionfruit and vanilla actually taste natural, not syrupy, and it's now my go-to for a simple spritz.
