The five distillations really come through — it's dangerously smooth even straight from the freezer, no burn at all. Mixed with a bit of soda and lime, that watermelon-strawberry taste stays present without turning syrupy. My go-to summer bottle now.
Nose is pure candy — sweet watermelon up front with strawberry following — and on the palate it's dangerously smooth, no alcohol burn at all. We've been sipping it neat over ice and it's dangerously easy to finish a bottle in one sitting.
