The pine and orange notes are exactly what I want in a West Coast IPA, and the Simcoe-Amarillo combo hits perfectly without being too bitter. This one's going in my regular rotation.
Finally found a West Coast IPA that nails the balance between resinous pine and bright citrus. The Simcoe and Amarillo combo brings exactly that blast of evergreen and orange zest I've been craving.
