That triple hop combo really delivers—the gooseberry and passionfruit come through clear on the nose and the finish stays crisp without any harsh bitterness. SubZero Hop Kief must be doing some heavy lifting here because the aroma is insane for a 6.5%.

The cold IPA pours hazy and bright, and the SubZero Hop Keif really kicks in on the finish with that passionfruit punch. At 6.5% it drinks lighter than it should, which makes the double dry hop feel even more intense. I’ll be grabbing another can of this batch before it’s gone.
