The hazy straw color is exactly what I look for in an IPA, and the dry-hopping really brings out those distinct Nelson Sauvin notes without being too bitter. This one’s complex but still easy to drink, especially on a warm afternoon.
The Nelson Sauvin hops give this IPA a really unique bright fruitiness that I haven't found in other IPAs. It's hazy and straw-colored, with a smooth bitterness that makes it dangerously drinkable.
