Slathered this on a bratwurst and the mild heat with that citrus finish was just perfect. It's got a nice kick without being overwhelming, and it's not as thick as some mustards I've used. Definitely my new go-to for hotdogs.

The citrus kick really livens up a plain hotdog, and it’s not too overpowering. Only slight downside is it’s a bit runnier than I expected, so it drips off if you’re not careful.
