The garlic and onion add just enough savory depth to keep the heat from being overwhelming. I sprinkled it on wings before baking and they came out perfectly crispy with a tangy, spicy kick that lingered nicely.
The cayenne and chili powder combination gives this seasoning a serious kick, but the garlic and onion balance it with a nice sweet tang.
It’s got a real kick from the cayenne, but I wish the sweetness came through a bit more. Mixed it into my wing batch last night and the spicy-tangy balance was solid.
