Tossed some on grilled chicken thighs last night and the citrus kick from the lemon oil came through without overpowering the meat. My veggies got the same treatment tonight and they turned out surprisingly good too. Definitely a new staple in my spice drawer.

The lemon oil in this rub is what sold me—it gives chicken a bright, citrusy kick that actually reminds me of a hazy IPA without being beer-forward. Threw some on grilled zucchini too and it caramelized nicely without burning. Definitely a repeat buy for summer cookouts.

Sprinkled this on salmon before grilling and the lemon oil came through beautifully without overpowering the fish. Even my veggie skewers got a nice citrus kick from the natural flavourings.
