We hebben samengewerkt met de Italiaanse craftbrouwerij Granda om dit echt druivige bier te maken op onze pilotinstallatie. Deze volle 6,9% Imperial Pilsner balanceert krachtige druivennoten met subtiele moutzoetheid voor hints van kruisbes, aalbessen en zachte citrus. Molto bene!

That 6.9% Imperial Pilsner is a sneaky one—the grape comes in bright and wine-like up front, then settles into that soft malt sweetness on the finish. I wasn’t sure about the pairing at first, but it’s balanced enough that I finished the bottle way too fast.
The grape flavor really pops against that clean pilsner backbone, and the malt sweetness keeps it from feeling too sharp. Wasn’t expecting such a smooth finish from something this strong, but it’s dangerously easy to sip.
