That caramel note really comes through as it warms, and the spice stays subtle enough that it doesn't overpower the richness. I wasn't sure a quadruple could feel this smooth at 11%, but it drinks dangerously easy—I'll be grabbing another bottle soon.
The 11% ABV is no joke—one bottle had me feeling pleasantly warm by the end. That caramel sweetness is balanced just right against the spice, and the dry hopping keeps it dangerously smooth for a quadruple.
