These aren’t just burgers. They’re BrewDog smoky seasoning burgers. Smoked paprika, black pepper and smoked garlic combine for the perfect seasoning for burger patties or homemade smash burgers.
The smoked paprika and garlic combo gives these burgers a deep, rich flavor that reminds me of a backyard grill. Mixed it into my patties and the result was a noticeably better, smokier burger without any extra effort.
The smoked paprika comes through nicely without being overpowering. I wish the black pepper was a bit more prominent, but it still makes a solid smash burger.
I used this on smash burgers and the smoky flavor came through nicely, though I wish the black pepper was a bit more pronounced. Still a solid seasoning for weeknight dinners.
