The juniper here is noticeably smoother and more refined than anything else I've tried—that Tuscan berry really does make a difference. Poured neat over a single ice cube and it opened up beautifully, no sharp bite on the finish.
The Scots pine really comes through on the finish—slightly resinous but balanced by that Tuscan juniper. I’ve been sipping it neat and the smoothness makes it dangerously easy to pour another.
The juniper really is something else—you can taste why they went all the way to Tuscany for it. Mixed with the Scots pine, it’s got a crisp, foresty depth that works perfectly in a simple gin and tonic. Bottle’s nearly empty already.
