NanoDog 是我們一系列實驗性小批次啤酒，而這一款我們真的下了不少功夫。我們對班堡博克啤酒的詮釋，是一款使用紐西蘭特定獨特風土種植的Saaz 雜交酒花（Riwaka 與 Motueka）進行乾投酒花的 Helles Bock。這款啤酒充滿葡萄柚、萊姆和百香果的風味，並輔以草本香氣，最終呈現出融合傳統底蘊與現代釀造技術的絕佳成果。
